Sony Ericsson XPERIA X3 Rachel android phone show up finally. The phone leaked several months ago, but is still not officially announced. The XPERIA X3 Rachel is powered by the superfast Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon 1 GHz CPU and offers a large 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display of 852 x 480 pixels resolution, an 8 megapixel camera with autofocus, HSDPA and Wi-Fi support as well as an integrated GPS receiver.
