It’s rumored that the Acer Iconia Smart Android phone will be available in Germany, and it’s priced at €499 ($710). The Smart boasts a whopping 4.8″ touchscreen display with ultra-wide 19:9 aspect and 1024×480 pixels resolution. Otherwise, the phone features Android 2.3, a 1GHz Scorpion CPU, an 8MP main camera with a LED flash and 720p video recording, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, HSPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm audio jack, HDMI etc.

The Acer Iconia Smart Android phone is a quad-band GSM handset running Android 2.3, and it appeared at FCC. So the Iconia Smart will head to AT&T soon. The phone’s specs includes:

Acer has officially announced a new android phone. And it’s called “100 percent smartphone. 100 percent tablet”. The new phone boast a large 4.8-inch touchscreen with 1024×480 pixels of resolution. It also features the “evolution of Acer UI” and powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor. In addition, the new android phone comes with a two megapixel front-facing camera, eight megapixel rear camera (with LED flash), 720p video recording, a six-axis Gyroscope + accelerometer package and LED edge lighting, Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11n WiFi, HSDPA support and an HDMI output.
