The new Alcatel one touch 918 Android phone appeared at the Bluetooth SIG. The phone is a mid-level smartphone, and there’s a 918D edition that has a dual sim. The one touch 918′s specs includes:

- 3G
- Wi-Fi
- GPS
- Facebook and Twitter integration
- Bluetooth 3.0
- FM Radio
- 3.2MP camera
- 50MB end user memory
- MicroSD card support

Alcatel’s new android phone OT980 also showed up at CTIA 2010. The OT980 looks like a plam pre-style android phone, and it’s entry-level model. It features a 2.8″ QVGA TFT resistive touchscreen with 320×240 pixel resolution, a 4-row full QWERTY keyboard, 3G, all social networking apps, Instant Messenger and Bluetooth 2.0.
And the Alcatel OT980 will be available starting in August in US, and it will likely be sold prepaid, as a pay-as-you-go phone for under £100. No contracts will be associated with it.
