Lenovo LePhone launched in China yesterday. The phone runs LEOS platform that is developed from Android 1.6. Otherwise, the LePhone runs on a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU with 512MB of ROM and 512MB of RAM. It supports China Unicom’s WCDMA network, and comes with a 3.7″ AMOLED touchscreen display with 800×480 pixels resolution, a 5.0Mp camera, Wi-Fi, WAPI, bluetooth, 3.5mm head jack and a 1500Mah battery.

Lenovo LePhone, a sexy buttonless android smartphone, launched in Chinese market today. The LePhone runs on LEOS, a new operating system developed from Android by Lenovo, that integrates instant messenger (MSN and Tencent QQ), text message, phone call, and email.. The Lenovo LePhone has a stylish design and it features:
- a 3.7-inche capacitive touch screen with 800×480 resolutions
- a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor
- 512MB ROM, 512MB RAM
- two cameras (one on the front and one on the back. Both have 5 megapixels)
- a 3.5mm headphone jack

- a proprietary 9-pin dock connector to avoid abrasion of plugging mini USB or micro USB

And the Lenovo LePhone will be available for 3,800 yuan ($557).
