HTC Phones - Cool! Android on Nokia N900 (video)

We all know that the Nokia N900 runs on Maemo 5, a open Linux platform. Do you ever imagine the N900 have dual-boot? Some guy has done it. He configurated with Maemo on internal storage and Android on a separate partition loaded from the microSD card. Although it works not well, it’s proof of concept.

HTC Phones - Nokia Plans To Unveil Android Phone Later This Year

After Motorola, LG, Samsung, Huawei, Lenovo plans to release their Android phones, Nokia could not wait still finally, launch to develop its own Android Phones. Maybe Nokia have known that the Android software platform has been gaining ground with over half a dozen handsets expected to be available by the end of the year.

Nokia is understood to be developing a mobile phone that runs on Google’s Android software platform in a strategic U-turn for the world’s largest mobile phone manufacturer.
