HTC Phones - HTC Desire and HD mini Coming To O2 In April

The new HTC Desire and HD mini have made an appearance in the O2 April catalogue. So the HTC Desire and HD mini will be available soon following HTC HD2.

Both phones feature HTC Sense UI. The HTC Desire runs Android 2.1 and comes with 1Ghz processor, a 3.7″ touchscreen, 5MP camera with LED Flash. And HTC HD mini runs Windows Mobile 6.5, it features a 600Hz processor, a 5MP camera with autofocus, bluetooth, Wi-Fi and a 1200 mAh battery.

HTC Phones - 4 Major Carriers In Europe Focus On Android Phones In The Second Half of 2009

The four major carriers in Europe – Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange and Telefonica/O2 – all plan to move focus Windows Mobile-based phones to Android Phones in the second half of 2009. And “the move is likely to gradually eat away the global market share currently enjoyed by Windows Mobile phones, the sources commented”, according to sources from Taiwan’s handset industry.
