HTC Phones - Lots Of Motorola XT701 Android Phone Live Photos

The Motorola Sholes Tablet XT701 show up agagin. The phone runs on Android 2.1 Flan. And the XT701 comes with a 600 MHz processor with 256MB RAM and 512MB ROM, a large 3.7-Inch touchscreen, a 5-megapixel Camera with autofocus, FM Radio, HD Video Recording and built-in Google Street View.

It’s rumored that the Motorola XT701 will head to China Unicom. But the price is not available.

HTC Phones - Motorola Sholes Tablet XT701 Android Phone Looks Cool

It seems that Motorola Sholes Tablet XT701 has passed the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC, China’s version of the FCC. And The phone maybe available in China and possibly Russia in early 2010. The Motorola XT701 runs on Android OS 2.1, and comes with a large display, a 8MP camera with Xenon flash, an HDMI port, 720P video recording/playback and an FM radio.
