According to Droid Life, Verizon Motorola Droid 4 Android phone will be available starting February 9 for $199 on 2-year contract. And the Droid 4 is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread (upgradeable to Android ICS) and a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM, a 4 inch qHD Gorilla Glass display, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, LTE connectivity, 8MP rear camera, HD front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, bluetooth etc.
